Online sales through this website are not yet open. Service-specific commercial conditions must be agreed before payment or activation.
1. Operator and scope
DinoTech VPN is a project of DinoTech, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Delaware file number 10720809. Our company address is 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. References to “DinoTech”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
These terms govern use of this website and provide the baseline rules for any VPN access separately agreed with us. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out prohibited activities. Website data handling is described in the Website Privacy Notice. Payment arrangements are addressed in the Billing & Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility and service agreements
You must have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You are responsible for determining whether use of a VPN is lawful for your location and intended activity.
Visiting this website or sending an inquiry does not create a paid subscription. Service activation requires an agreed scope of access and any applicable order conditions. Before payment, the service description, price, duration and relevant restrictions must be provided for you to review. Specific order terms govern commercial details where they differ from these general terms, subject to mandatory law.
3. Access credentials and account security
If access is issued through a key, subscription link, account or connection profile, treat it as confidential. Do not publish it in public repositories, chats or websites. Only use it within the device, profile and sharing limits agreed for your plan.
Provide accurate information needed to administer the service and keep your contact information current. Notify us if you believe a credential has been exposed or misused. We may replace or temporarily restrict a compromised credential to protect the service. Never send passwords or full payment credentials in a support request.
4. Devices, software and configuration
VPN access requires a compatible client, device and internet connection. Protocol support varies by client, operating system, router firmware and configuration. A listed protocol or platform does not mean that every version, feature or device is supported.
You are responsible for installing software from a trusted source, applying updates and safeguarding your device. Third-party clients may have their own terms and privacy practices. A VPN cannot secure a compromised device or prevent all tracking, phishing, malware or disclosure through applications you use.
5. Plans and service limits
The applicable plan or order defines device limits, traffic allowances, available locations and any additional features. Website plan descriptions marked as a preview are indicative until confirmed in an order. Displaying a country does not guarantee that every protocol is available in that country at every moment.
If an agreed plan includes a traffic allowance, the reset period and behavior at the limit must be disclosed before activation. “Unmetered” describes the absence of a stated transfer quota for that plan; it does not authorize automated abuse, denial-of-service traffic or resource use that materially harms the network.
We will not impose an undisclosed usage charge. Additional services, such as a special configuration or team arrangement, require agreement before any charge applies.
6. Acceptable use and third-party services
Use the service only for lawful activities and authorized access. The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits attacks, spam, phishing, malware, fraud, exploitation and infringement of others’ rights. Security testing requires permission from the owners of the systems being tested.
You remain responsible for your activity and for complying with the rules of third-party services. We do not promise that a VPN will provide access to any particular website, streaming catalogue, platform or restricted resource. A VPN is not a guarantee of anonymity.
7. Availability and performance
Connection performance depends on your local network, distance, routing, congestion, server availability, protocol and device. We do not promise a fixed latency, throughput or uninterrupted connection through this informational website.
Maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, changes by third parties or legal restrictions may affect access. Locations or configurations may be changed when necessary. If a material change affects a paid service, the applicable order terms and mandatory rights govern the available remedies. Any service-level commitment must be agreed expressly.
8. Charges, renewal and cancellation
No online payment is accepted on this website at present. Before a paid service is ordered through an authorized channel, you must be shown the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes or fees, renewal behavior, cancellation method and refund conditions.
An inquiry does not authorize billing, and browsing this site does not enroll you in automatic renewal. Any recurring payment requires the disclosures and authorization applicable to that order. See the Billing & Cancellation Policy for the distinction between stopping future renewal, ending current access and requesting a refund.
9. Restrictions, suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate affected access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, network abuse, compromised credentials, a valid legal requirement, or an immediate risk to the service or others. Measures may include blocking a credential, limiting a particular function or disabling affected access.
Where practical and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security action may occur before notice. A report does not by itself establish wrongdoing. You may ask for review by emailing our team with the relevant service or case reference. Payment and refund consequences depend on the agreement, circumstances and applicable law; suspension does not automatically remove statutory rights.
10. Privacy and legal requests
The Website Privacy Notice covers this site and related inquiries. VPN service data practices, including any processing of traffic or connection information, must be described separately before activation. Neither these terms nor a diagram on the landing page promises that no operational records exist.
We respond to valid legal obligations as required by applicable law. A request for records does not mean that a particular record exists or is available. Requests should identify the requesting authority, legal basis, scope and relevant time period and be sent through the company contact route.
11. Website content and intellectual property
DinoTech branding and original website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may read, link to and retain copies of the information for your own legitimate use. You may not use the website or brand to impersonate us or falsely imply an affiliation.
Third-party protocol and product names identify the relevant technologies and do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. Rights and licences for third-party software are governed by their respective terms.
12. Responsibility and mandatory rights
We aim to present accurate information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Contact us if you believe a material description is incorrect. Do not rely on an informal website statement in place of the specific service conditions supplied for your order.
Except for express commitments in the applicable agreement and rights required by law, this informational website is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, or prevents a remedy required by applicable law.
13. Changes, questions and complaints
Updates to these terms will be posted with a revised date. Changes to an existing service agreement will be handled under that agreement and applicable law, with any required notice. A website update alone does not authorize a new charge or retroactively change an agreed price.
For a complaint, include a description, relevant dates, service reference and the resolution you seek. Contact our team or write to DinoTech, LLC, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. We may need reasonable information to identify the affected service; do not include sensitive credentials.
