This policy explains the current inquiry process and the information required for future paid orders. It does not activate website sales.
1. Current website status
Online checkout is not yet available on dinoteh.com. Plans marked SOON are not yet available to purchase through this website. These labels are not interactive and do not place an order, reserve a price, create a subscription or authorize payment. Plans marked as a website launch preview are proposed commercial options, not an active online purchase offer.
If access is arranged through another authorized channel, including our Telegram bot, the commercial terms provided for that order apply. A description on this website does not silently replace an existing agreement.
2. Information before an order
Before you agree to pay, we must provide a clear description of the service and its commercial conditions. These include the plan or access level, device and traffic limits, relevant locations, activation arrangements, price and currency, billing period, applicable taxes or additional fees, and whether renewal is automatic.
The cancellation route and refund conditions must also be supplied before payment. If any material detail is unclear, contact our team and request clarification before placing an order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown in the plan preview are expressed in US dollars per month where a monthly amount is stated. Final payable amounts and any applicable taxes or fees must be confirmed for the actual order. A quote for a team or custom arrangement should identify the services included and how long the quote remains valid.
Only use payment instructions provided through an authorized service channel. We will not ask you to email complete card details, security codes, online banking passwords or cryptocurrency recovery phrases. This informational website does not collect payment credentials.
4. Renewal and price changes
An inquiry is not consent to automatic renewal. Any recurring payment arrangement must be clearly disclosed and authorized as part of the order. The order conditions must identify the renewal period, charge and available cancellation method.
Material changes to a recurring price or billing arrangement will be handled under the agreement and applicable law, with required notice and choices. Updating the website alone does not authorize a different charge on an existing order.
5. Cancellation and access
Cancellation of renewal stops future renewal under the conditions of the order. It does not necessarily end an already paid access period immediately or create a refund. The order terms must explain when access ends and how to cancel.
If no self-service cancellation option has been provided, contact our team with your service or order reference and a clear request. Ask for confirmation that the request has been received and which period it affects. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
6. Refunds and billing problems
Any contractual refund window or money-back offer must be expressly stated for the order. This website does not advertise a universal money-back guarantee or state that all purchases are non-refundable. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
For a duplicate charge, non-delivery, incorrect amount, service problem or refund request, send the order reference, payment date, amount and currency, a brief explanation and your requested resolution. If supporting evidence is needed, use a redacted receipt rather than full card or banking data.
Eligibility, amount, method and expected processing time depend on the applicable agreement, the circumstances, the payment provider and the law. A refund is not confirmed until your request has been reviewed and a response provided.
7. Suspension and disputes
Service restrictions for misuse are addressed in the Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Such restrictions do not automatically determine whether a refund is due or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact us promptly about a payment you do not recognize. You retain applicable rights to dispute a charge with your payment provider or use statutory complaint and dispute-resolution routes.
